SHIPPING & RETURNS

AT PIRATE MOVIE CLUB, WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A SEAMLESS AND ENJOYABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. HERE IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

1. SHIPPING METHODS:
  WE OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING AND EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THE SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE SELECTED AT THE CHECKOUT BASED ON THE CUSTOMER'S PREFERENCE.

2. PROCESSING TIME:
  ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING PEAK SEASONS OR PROMOTIONAL PERIODS, PROCESSING TIME MAY BE SLIGHTLY LONGER.

3. SHIPPING RATES:
  SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE WEIGHT, DESTINATION, AND SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER. THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE DISPLAYED AT THE CHECKOUT BEFORE THE ORDER IS FINALIZED.

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
  FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS, WE PARTNER WITH RELIABLE SHIPPING CARRIERS TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR STANDARD SHIPPING IS 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, WHILE EXPRESS SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO SELECT COUNTRIES. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION AND SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN. PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES MAY BE APPLICABLE AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

6. ORDER TRACKING:
  ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING A TRACKING NUMBER. THIS ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND STAY UPDATED ON THE DELIVERY STATUS.

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
  IF YOU NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL IT AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
  IN THE RARE EVENT THAT A PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL WORK WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ENSURE YOU RECEIVE A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PLEASE EMAIL INFO@PIRATEMOVIECLUB.COM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
IF ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES INCUR, THEY WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY P.M.C
